Thanks for visiting my website www.loriwalden.com. I have lived a rich and rewarding life on St. John since 1992 and have years of experience selling, listing, and leasing real estate on this beautiful island I am proud to call home. I have first hand knowledge of island living and resources that will help you to realize your St. John dreams. Along with being a licensed Real Estate Broker I also have a BA in Fine Arts from Montclair State University located in my home state of New Jersey. I am also a 200 hour certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and have a daily practice of yoga which helps to balance the sometimes stressful real estate world. Swimming, hiking, cooking, reading, are just a few of the activities I enjoy when not out selling and listing homes, land, and condos for sale. You might even find me hula hooping in the St. Patty’s Day Parade or finishing the 8 Tuff Miles with a smile on my face and blisters on my toes! I have a teenage son who is an avid sailor and enjoys time on the water through the St. Thomas Yacht Club. By the time he was twelve he had two Rolex Regattas and a number of other sailing races under his belt. He even made it to the podium at one of the prestigious Rolex Regattas earning first place as a crew member aboard the IC-24 “Brand New Second Hand”. He has quite a storybook life for a young man growing up in the Virgin Islands. After working for a few different real estate companies throughout my time of living on St. John I have now established my own web based real estate Company of my own.
